Before you decide
- What happens when I hit 10 bookings on the free plan?
- Your existing bookings stay confirmed. Your page stops accepting new bookings until your monthly allowance resets, or you upgrade.
- What counts as a voice minute?
- Voice usage is measured by session duration, including time spent listening to Yoya. Each session has a one-minute minimum. Text chat does not use voice minutes.
- Do I need to pay for the MCP server?
- MCP booking and management are included on every plan, including Free. Connect an MCP-compatible AI assistant to find times, book meetings, or manage your pages. Your plan’s booking limits still apply.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Open Manage billing in your dashboard to cancel your subscription. Paid features remain available until the end of your billing period. After that, Free limits and transcript retention apply. Your booking pages and existing bookings are kept.
