Before you decide
- How does team pricing work?
- Business includes one team with 3 members, including the owner. Additional seats cost $10 per member per month, billed monthly even on annual Business. Guests are free, and teammates can join with free accounts. The owner buys seats before inviting anyone; invitations never trigger a charge. AI and voice allowances are shared through the owner.
- Can I reduce my team seats?
- Yes. Remove members or revoke unused invitations first, then confirm a lower seat count in your team settings. The lower capacity and monthly charge take effect at the next renewal. If you cancel Business, cancel the separate seat add-on as well. Existing bookings are kept.
- What happens when I hit 10 bookings on the free plan?
- Your existing bookings stay confirmed. Your page stops accepting new bookings until your monthly allowance resets, or you upgrade.
- What counts as a voice minute?
- Voice usage is measured by session duration, including time spent listening to Yoya. Each session has a one-minute minimum. Text chat does not use voice minutes.
- Do I need to pay for the MCP server?
- MCP booking and management are included on every plan, including Free. Connect an MCP-compatible AI assistant to find times, book meetings, or manage your pages. Your plan’s booking limits still apply.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Open Manage billing in your dashboard to cancel your subscription. Paid features remain available until the end of your billing period. After that, Free limits and transcript retention apply. Your booking pages and existing bookings are kept.
