These terms govern your use of Yoya ("the service"), available at yoya.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Yoya lets a host publish a booking link and lets guests schedule meetings through a conversation. We facilitate scheduling; we are not a party to the meetings you arrange, and we don't guarantee any outcome of them.
Your account
- You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You're responsible for the content you configure (your link, titles, and prompts) and for how you use the bookings you receive.
Acceptable use
Don't use Yoya to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Third-party services
If you connect Google Calendar or sign in with Google, your use of those features is also subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed, double-booked, or canceled meetings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using Yoya at any time, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
