What Yoya does

Share a booking link. Your guest tells Yoya when they are free and what they want to discuss. Yoya offers available times, collects their contact details, and asks them to confirm. You get the booking and a brief with context for the call.

Yoya is built for founders, consultants, and anyone who wants to understand a guest’s request before meeting them. A traditional time picker is still a good fit when choosing a slot is all you need.

One booking page, several ways to book

  • Chat: guests type their request and choose from available times. They do not need a Yoya account.
  • Voice: guests can speak with Yoya when voice booking is available. Voice minutes are included with Pro and Business.
  • AI assistants: a compatible client can use Yoya’s public MCP server to look up a page, list times, and book a meeting. MCP means Model Context Protocol.

Calendars, meeting links, and time zones

Connect Google Calendar so availability accounts for calendar conflicts. Offer Google Meet, a connected Zoom account, or an in-person meeting, subject to your page settings and plan. The web booking page detects the guest’s browser time zone; guests can change it. MCP availability labels use the host’s time zone, so an AI client should explicitly convert them for the guest.

A booking reserves a time. Calendar updates, meeting links, and notifications may take a little longer. The booking management page shows the latest details and lets guests reschedule or cancel.

What a meeting brief contains

The brief summarizes the details provided during booking, such as the guest’s purpose, company, and questions. Its depth depends on what the guest shares. An AI-generated brief can contain mistakes, so check important details before relying on them.

  • Free: $0/month on monthly billing; 1 booking page, 10 bookings per month, 0 voice minutes per month.
  • Pro: $12/month on monthly billing; unlimited booking pages, unlimited bookings per month, 60 voice minutes per month.
  • Business: $29/month on monthly billing; unlimited booking pages, unlimited bookings per month, 300 voice minutes per month.
