YOYA FOR CREATIVE AGENCIES

Client meeting scheduling for creative agencies.

Get the project context before the kickoff.

Yoya helps creative agencies schedule client meetings with a project lead. Clients describe the work, share relevant links and choose a time through a booking conversation. A pre-meeting brief helps the lead prepare for a creative discussion, project kickoff or review.

No account needed for your guests. Name and email required to book.

FROM INVITATION TO CONVERSATION

How it works for creative agencies

A calendar invite rarely tells you whether the client needs a new brand, a landing page or feedback on an existing campaign. A few details about the deliverable, audience and constraints help the project lead bring the right questions to the meeting.

  1. 01

    Choose the client conversation

Create a booking page for a creative briefing, kickoff or review with a named project lead. Explain what you will cover and share the link in the existing client conversation. Keep project availability separate from meeting availability.

  2. 02

    Gather a compact creative brief

Ask what the client is making, who it is for and what they want to decide on the call. A public website or reference link can give you a useful starting point. Require only the details you need to prepare.

  3. 03

    Prepare the right questions

Use the brief to identify the deliverable and unresolved questions. Review any links separately. Confirm scope, ownership, budget and deadlines with the client during your normal project process.

MAKE IT YOURS

A ready-to-adapt booking setup

Paste these into your page's conversation instructions, then adjust them to your work.

Ask what the client is making, who it is for and what they want to decide in the meeting. Invite them to share a public website or reference link. Do not promise a quote, delivery date, revision allowance or availability to take on the project.

Suggested required fields

  • Project or deliverable
  • Website or reference URL, if needed

Name and email are already required. Add only the extra fields you need; conversation instructions alone do not make an answer required.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions before you start

Start with 1 booking page and 10 bookings per month on Free. Compare plans for more pages and voice minutes.

Calendar invites and meeting links depend on your connected services. Need help? Read the setup guide or explore booking through an AI assistant.

Can clients share a creative brief during booking?

Clients can describe the project in the conversation and provide a link through an appropriate field. This workflow does not promise file upload or automatic analysis of linked documents.

Will Yoya create a proposal or project estimate?

No. Yoya prepares a meeting brief from the booking conversation. Your agency still reviews scope, prepares estimates and agrees on deliverables with the client.

Can I route bookings across the whole agency?

This workflow is for a named host or project lead. Yoya does not currently provide automatic round-robin routing or combine the whole agency’s availability.

How is this different from a consulting call?

This workflow focuses on a creative deliverable, audience, references and a decision for the meeting. The consulting workflow focuses on understanding a business problem and possible approaches.
