How it works for coaches & mentors
A client might want to talk through a career move, prepare for a difficult conversation or get unstuck on a decision. Knowing the topic in advance helps you prepare without turning the booking process into a long intake questionnaire.

Define the session
Create a page for an introductory call or a specific coaching session. Explain the duration and what the client can expect. Set working hours and leave a buffer between sessions for notes.

Ask for one useful goal
Invite the client to describe the topic they want to work on and what would make the session useful. Keep background questions optional unless the answer is essential. A short goal is usually a better starting point than a full personal history.

Pick up the conversation
Read the booking brief before meeting. Open by checking that the goal still fits, then let the client guide the discussion. For a later session, share the link again so they can choose a fresh time.

Can clients pay for coaching through Yoya?
Yoya does not collect session payments. Arrange payment separately and explain that process on your booking page. A confirmed time does not confirm that a payment has been made.
Does Yoya manage coaching packages or recurring sessions?
No. This workflow books individual appointments. It does not manage packages, remaining credits or a recurring series. Clients can use your link to book another session.
Can I require a session goal before booking?
Yes. Add a required field such as Session topic. Use the conversation instructions for optional follow-up questions; instructions alone do not guarantee an answer.
Will clients need a Yoya account?
No. Clients can open your link and book without creating an account. They provide their name, email and any extra required details you choose.
