YOYA FOR RECRUITING
Interview scheduling for recruiters.
Start the interview with the basics covered.
Yoya helps recruiters schedule one-to-one candidate interviews through a booking conversation. Candidates share which role they are discussing, choose an available time and confirm their contact details. You receive a pre-interview brief based on what they share, so you can prepare your opening questions.
No account needed for your guests. Name and email required to book.
FROM INVITATION TO CONVERSATION
How it works for recruiting
When several roles are open, a calendar event with only a name is not enough. Finding the right email thread takes time, and a candidate may have questions about what the first call involves. A role-specific booking link keeps the invitation and the context together.
- 01
Explain the first conversation
Create a page for an initial recruiter conversation. Name the role, explain the format and set the duration. Share the link with candidates you have already chosen to contact. Set notice and buffers around your existing calendar.
- 02
Collect relevant background
Ask which role the candidate is discussing and what experience they would like to cover. Add the role title as a required field if one link serves several openings. Keep the booking questions brief and focused on the work.
- 03
Prepare, then assess in person
Read the brief before the interview and check it against information the candidate provided. Use the meeting to explore experience and answer questions. The brief is preparation material, not a candidate assessment.
MAKE IT YOURS
A ready-to-adapt booking setup
Paste these into your page's conversation instructions, then adjust them to your work.
Explain that this is an initial recruiter conversation. Ask which role the candidate is discussing and which part of their experience they would like to cover. Keep questions job-related. Do not score candidates, make hiring decisions or promise an offer.
Suggested required fields
- Role title
- Professional profile URL, if needed
Name and email are already required. Add only the extra fields you need; conversation instructions alone do not make an answer required.

Can Yoya schedule a panel interview?
This workflow books with one host. Yoya does not combine several interviewers’ calendars or coordinate a panel. Use it for the first one-to-one conversation, and arrange panel interviews separately.
Does Yoya connect to an applicant tracking system?
Yoya does not currently provide a native ATS integration. You share the booking link and move the relevant details into your recruiting workflow yourself.
Does Yoya screen or rank candidates?
No. Yoya collects booking context and prepares a brief; it does not score, rank or reject candidates. A recruiter should review the candidate’s information and make any assessment.
Can candidates choose times in their own time zone?
Yes. The web booking page detects the browser’s time zone, and candidates can change it before selecting a time. Name and email are required to complete a booking.
