What is a add to calendar link generator?

An add-to-calendar link opens a draft event with its title, time, and other details filled in. The recipient still chooses whether to save it. An ICS file packages those details for import into a calendar app.

How the result is created

This tool converts your selected local date and time to a UTC start and end. It supports timed, single events. If a daylight saving change repeats an hour, choose the earlier or later occurrence. A skipped time cannot be exported.

The download follows the iCalendar format (RFC 5545). It is an event file, not a calendar subscription.

Are my event details private?

The generator runs locally. The Google Calendar link contains the title, time, description, and location you entered. Share it only with people who should see those details; Google receives them when the link is opened.
